2. I got approved - now what?
Congratulations! You now have full access to all the site's features! You can see our wholesale prices and start placing orders.
3. How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status " link at the top right hand side of our website to edit your account information.
4. What do I do if I forget my password?
Click the link “My Account/Order Status”, then click ”Forgot your password? Click here”
That link will send an email to you with your password.
5. How do I order?
Step 1: Register as a 19buy.com member for free.
Step 2: Login as a member
Step 3: Select your favorite products from our list and add them to your shopping cart.
Step 4: When you finish shopping, click [Checkout]
Step 5: Once your payment is received, we will immediately send out your products.
6. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
The order can not be edited after you have submitted the order. Please send us email or call us about the change.
7. When will my order ship?
We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Yes, you can review your order information and trace your order at My Account/Order Statuson our website.
9. What is the minimum order?
Minimum charges are USD $100, all items.
10. How do I know the quality of your product?

14. What is the shipping method? How much does it cost?
Unless there are special requirements, we use UPS, DHL and EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping. We will weigh every piece of clothing when we add it to our website. Our system will add the shipping cost automatically when you place the order. Please see Shipping Info for details.
15. How do I make a payment?

16. How do I know my payment has been received?
When the payment has been received, 19buy.com will send you an email to inform you. You can also go to the website and login to “My account/Order Status”, and check the order status on “Active Orders”.
