About the return and exchange

In order to build and maintain a strong business relationship with our customers, we have a unique and flexible return policy. You do not need to return any defective products. Send us an e-mail with a photograph of the defective product within three days of when you receive the parcel. We will resend the same product to you after confirmation of the defects. If we are out of stock of that item, we will refund the cost to your ‘Client’s account’ on our website.

The customer can return the unsalable clothes to our company to exchange styles. The returned products must be in their original condition. Return it at your convenience – no time limit. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

The procedure of the exchange

1. When you return the clothes, please submit a replacement note. Submit your note at the time your products are delivered. The time for your replacement order is based on its submission time, not its delivery time. An extra management fee will be incurred if it exceeds the specified time.

2. How to submit the replacement note:

Sign in www.19buy.com -> click My account >click “Exchange/Return Note” -> input original order number->choose the products you want to exchange -> input "replacement reasons” ->input replacement volume -> input consignors telephone number, name, address and the tracking number of the returned parcel ->submit.

3. After the submission of the replacement note, you can reorder the clothes or accessories. The products will be delivered immediately provided that payment has been received.

30 days <= t＜40 days: 30% of management fee
40 days <= t＜50 days: 45% of management fee
50 days <= t＜60 days: 70% of management fee
T >= 60days, 80% of management fee
